Abadi Al Jawhar was born in Jeddah. His early beginning was with the singer Lotfi Zein and Talal Madah in 1968 with his first song Ya Ghazal.
Life forced Abadi Al Johar to play the oud at the casinos in Cairo, so he can be able to spend on the cancer treatment of his sick mother.
The oud accompanied Abadi throughout all his singing career. From Abadi Al Jawhar songs: Ersimini, Echtagtelaq, El Ayyam, Albari7a, Asef, Al Maraya…and many other songs in the archive of the artist Abadi Al Jawhar.
He was given the title of ‘Oud Octopus’ since he was much attached to it and played it in most of his songs. He is one of the great artists who have always been popular and releasing the best Arabic songs.
