Arabian Radio Network (ARN), led by Abdul Latif Al Sayegh, CEO of Arab Media Group of companies was launched in September 2001. The first radio in the network was Al Arabiya 98.9 FM, broadcasting Arabic music around the clock; its newsroom has changed the waves raised above Dubai forever.

Arabian Radio Network consists of eight radio stations today, they are: AlArabiyah, AlKhaleejiya, Noor Dubai, City 101.6, Virgin 104.4, Hit 96.7, Dubai 92, and Dubai Eye (Ouyoun Dubai).

As the first radio that broadcasts interviews and speeches in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai Eye Radio103.8 broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Radio Dubai Eye programs are of a variety: news, current affairs, sports, entertainment and numerous other programs, involving various cultures, as the listener are from different cultures.
Dubai Eye broadcasts it programs in eight different languages, its goal is targeting a large number of listeners.

Radio Dubai Eye program in 2006/2007 "The Flagship Business Breakfast" got an award as the best morning program in the world for that year.

What characterized the Dubai Eye Radio from other radio stations is that it was the first radio that broadcasted news about the Asian Games in Doha in 2006, and was the official radio which covers important events as "China Grand Prix" and "Bahrain Grand Prix".
