Rabih El Khawli was born in Lebanon; he strated his singing career through the talent show “Studio Al Fann” in 1980. Soon as he became famous, the crowd loved him and adored his songs; some of them are: “Ana El Jayi”, “baatiriflik”, “Habibit Albi”, “rouhi”, “Lawla”, “Nawwir Aalayna”…
And there came the surprise in 2000. The Lebanese artist, Rabih decided to quit singing and joined the monastery; he decided to start his career by being a priest, close to God.
After that, Rabih appeared on screens, chanting religious anthems in masses and during religious ceremonies.
Rabih El Khawli has shocked many people by suddenly shifting from the world of fame to the hands of God, but he succeeded in that. With God’s aid, he accomplished his mission and his invitation to the religious life.
