Rima Khcheich was born in El Khyem, Lebanon in 1974. Since her childhood Rima Khcheich liked singing, she sings classical Arabic songs.
At the age of nine, she won the first prize. She have always participated in concerts in Lebanon, and performed difficult mouwashahat that puzzled the audience.
Rima Khcheich joined a musical band “Kitar Al Sharq" and she was the key element in the band. She has also taught Eastern singing in the Conservatory, and every year she receives an invitation from abroad, specifically from the Mount Holyoke University in the United States, where Rima Khcheich trains Arabic singing.
In 2006, Rima Khcheich released an individual work, away from the band, and was under the title: "Ya La Lalli" which included many old Arabic songs and mouwashahat, including: Bisat El Reeh, Muwashah Lahen Tayyah, Souleyma, Bikaffini
