Viny Roumy was born in Lebanon and studied architecture at the university. When he was still a student in university, he opened with his friends unlicensed radio broadcasting until his graduation.
Viny Roumy worked for a long period of time in the radio field. Everyone knew him through his romantic radio program "Ciel", a program that deals with emotional and love problems. Viny won the admiration of the listeners, who followed him on Radio Sawt El Ghad, and when he moved to Rotana TV, and then to Radio Melody.
