Walid Toufic began his artistic career through his participation in the talent program "Studio El Fann" which was broadcasted on LBC; he received the gold medal in 1973, when he sang "3youn Bahiya" the Arabic song that has started his fame.

Walid Toufic performed in many concerts and participated in many festivals, like Carthage festival, Jerash Festival, Almadina, and he raised the Arabic song across the Arab countries and the whole world.
